How we write
Last updated October 22, 2026
Who writes our posts
Our posts are written by the OnceUponYou team. We use AI to help prepare a first draft. A person on our team then reads it, edits it and approves it before it goes up. Nothing is published without that step.
Where the facts come from
Everything we say about our own books, such as prices, formats, styles and stories, comes from our own records. When a post gives a number or a study, it links to where that number comes from. Every book we name in a book list is checked against a library catalog. We don’t make up stories, quotes or readers.
Our books in our posts
We make personalized children’s books, and each post ends with the story of ours that fits the moment, kept apart from the advice. No one pays us to include a book, and our posts have no affiliate links.
Health and development
We are not doctors or child psychologists. When a post touches a child’s health or development, we keep to what experts broadly agree on, link to our sources, and suggest talking to your pediatrician when it matters.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to support@onceuponyou.store and we will look at it and correct the post.
